Please note: This document sets out our general terms. Specific commercial terms are set out in the proposal, quotation or agreement for each engagement, which takes precedence. When we change this document, we update the date shown above.
These terms apply to the MAHTECH SOLUTIONS referral programme and to reviews submitted through our client portal or app. By referring a business or submitting a review, you agree to these terms.
Referral programme
Who can refer
The referral programme is open to existing MAHTECH clients with an active client portal account. Each client has a personal referral code and link, shown in the portal.
Eligible referrals
A referral is eligible only if all of the following apply:
- The referred business is new to MAHTECH SOLUTIONS — not an existing client, and not already in contact with us before the referral was made
- The referral is submitted through the portal, or the referred business contacts us using your referral link or code
- The referred business purchases a MAHTECH software licence and pays the full amount due
- The referred business is not the referrer itself, a branch or related business of the referrer, or owned by the same person
Where two clients refer the same business, the first referral we receive is counted.
Rewards
- The current reward is shown in the client portal. MAHTECH SOLUTIONS decides whether a referral is eligible, and its decision is final
- A reward is earned only after the referred business has paid in full, and is cancelled if that payment is refunded or reversed
- Unless the portal states otherwise, rewards are given as a credit against the referrer’s future renewals, updates or services, and are not paid in cash
- Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged or combined with other offers unless we agree in writing
- The referrer is responsible for any tax that applies to rewards received
Fair use
- You must have the referred person’s permission before sharing their details with us
- Spam, misleading claims about our products, or fake or self-referrals are not allowed and will cancel any pending rewards
- We may change, pause or end the referral programme, or change the reward, at any time. Rewards already earned before a change will be honoured
Reviews
One genuine review
Each client may submit one review for each licensed product. A review must reflect your own honest experience of the product and our service. We do not pay for reviews, and rewards from the referral programme are never linked to submitting or to the rating of a review.
Publication
- Reviews are checked by MAHTECH SOLUTIONS before they are published. We may decline to publish a review that is not genuine, is unlawful, offensive or abusive, contains personal or confidential information, or is not about our products or services
- We publish reviews as written. We may correct obvious spelling mistakes or shorten a review for length, but we will not change its meaning or rating
- By submitting a review, you allow MAHTECH SOLUTIONS to publish it, with the display name and city you provide, on its website, client portal, app and marketing material, free of charge
Removal
You may ask us at any time to remove your published review by raising a ticket in the client portal or contacting us. We will remove it from our website within a reasonable time.
